We hired him to load a 16ft POD. His 3 men did a great job and were very professional. He was very communicative throughout the process, even answering my texts asking him how best to pack certain items. His price is more than fair. Nothing was damaged upon arrival across the country.
On moving day, Tyler showed up to help as well. He also gave us blankets and straps to use.
There was one big snag however.... all our stuff did not fit in the POD, despite their tight packing. Tyler helped us scramble to get another storage container by recommending Pack Rat. That recommendation was priceless, cause we were up the creek without a paddle at that point!! Then Tyler sent us another one of his men the next morning to load up the rest of our stuff into the Pack Rat container . He did not leave us hanging ! Thank you Tyler!!!! It was super stressful since we were closing on our house the next day and had to be out. But having Tyler and his guys help us figure out a solution was invaluable. He cares about your move and his guys are great also. I'm so thankful we chose Tyler and Eastside Movers . You will be too.

Do not rely on estimates provided by this company. Tyler's company did a VERY SMALL job for my mom and despite providing a reasonable estimate that was capped (one of the primary reasons I went with them) - still charged me over the capped amount. Tyler then offered to do me "a favor" and credit me $150 due to what he claimed was a system error, when he owes me $260. I had to mention that the credit should include the 7% tack on fee. Tyler's crew inflated the time it took to drive and move. Despite the estimate, which was based on three locations (Eastside, the old address, and the new address), I was charged for picking up the Penske rental truck in Pembroke. Do not TRUST TYLER!!
